Female, born in August 1979 in Xinjiang, member of the Communist Party of China, postgraduate, lecturer, currently serving as a teacher at the Department of Preschool Education, Faculty of Education, Shenzhen University, and deputy secretary of the Party branch of Preschool and Kindergarten, and member of the Preschool Education Committee of Guangdong Society of Education.
