Born in 1983 in Zhangzhou, Fujian Province, member of the Communist Party of China, currently serving as an associate professor at the Faculty of Education of Shenzhen University, and member of the Education Management Committee of Guangdong Society of Education.

His research interests include school administration and educational evaluation. He has published more than 40 academic papers in journals such as "Journal of the Chinese Society of Education", "Journal of National Academy of Education Administration", and "Journal of Graduate Education", and has published one monograph "Teaching Quality Standards for Undergraduate Majors in Colleges and Universities - From the Perspective of Complexity Theory" (Guangdong Higher Education Press, 2015 Edition). 2 cases have been selected into the China Professional Degree Teaching Case Center. He has presided over a NSSF project and completed 3 provincial projects, 2 municipal projects and a number of university-level projects.
