Zhang Zhaoqin, female, born in July 1963 in Lingbi, Anhui Province, member of the Communist Party of China, doctor of philosophy in education at the Department of Educational Administration and Policy, School of Education, Chinese University of Hong Kong, professor of Shenzhen University, academic leader, postgraduate supervisor, expert of “National Training Plan” under the Ministry of Education, and host of the educational research expert studio granted by Shenzhen Education Bureau, member of the Education Effectiveness Committee of the Education Administration Branch of the Chinese Society of Education, theoretical tutor of the training object studio for the “Famous Middle School Principal” project of the new round of “Ten Million Talents Training Program” for primary and secondary schools in Guangdong Province, which is supervised by the Department of Education of Guangdong Province, etc.
