Male, born in July 1978 in Hefei, Anhui Province, member of the Communist Party of China, doctor of education technology, graduated from the School of Education Technology, Beijing Normal University, currently serving as the dean of the School of Education, Shenzhen University, master supervisor of education technology, member of the Professional Committee of Basic Education Teaching Guidance under the Ministry of Education, executive director of the Professional Committee of Artificial Intelligence of China Association for Educational Technology.

He won the title of Shenzhen Excellent Teacher Award, the first prize of Guangdong Teaching Achievement Award (Basic Education), the second prize of the ninth Shenzhen Philosophy and Social Science Excellent Achievement Award, the first prize of Shenzhen University Teaching Achievement Award and Undergraduate Excellent Classroom Teaching Award.
