Jin Yule
Jin Yule, born in 1966 in Dengzhou, Henan Province, member of the Communist Party of China, doctor of education, currently serving as the director, second-level professor and doctoral supervisor at the Faculty of Education, Shenzhen University. He is a recipient of government special allowance of the State Council (1998), one of the first national-level candidates of “New Century Talents Program” (2004), one of the National Cultural Masters of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee (2015), one of the first distinguished professors of Chongqing “Liangjiang Scholars Program” (2010), and one of the national-level leading talents in Shenzhen (2021). He has won such honors as Chongqing “Top Ten Teachers” (2000), National “Advanced Individual of Teacher Ethics” (2001), Ministry of Education “Young Teachers Award” (2003), Chongqing “Youth May Fourth Medal” (2004), Chongqing “Famous Teachers of Colleges and Universities” (2009), etc. He was rated as the first “Academic and Technical Leader” in Chongqing (2002), and “Outstanding Professional and Technical Talents” in Chongqing (2006).

Academic Achievements
He is mainly engaged in the research on curriculum and instruction, and has published more than 350 academic papers and more than 30 works; has undertaken more than 10 projects, including national “Project 211” key discipline construction projects, major national basic education curriculum reform projects, NSSF key projects, major humanities and social science research projects under the Ministry of Education, and various talent programs; has won 2 first prizes and 3 second prizes of Outstanding Achievement Award for Scientific Research in Higher Education Institutions under the Ministry of Education (Humanities and Social Sciences), 2 second prizes of National Outstanding Research Achievement Award in Educational Science, and 3 first prizes, 5 second prizes and 1 third prize of provincial government outstanding achievement awards in philosophy and social sciences, etc.; has led to successfully obtain the approval for the national key discipline of “Curriculum and Instruction” (2007), and the national teaching team of “Curriculum and Instruction” (2010); has presided over the national excellent course of “Curriculum and Instruction” (2011), the national excellent resource course (2014), and one of the first national first-class undergraduate courses (online, 2020); and has edited “Curriculum Theory”, “Modern Education” and other national and provincial planning textbooks for undergraduate students of general higher education during the 12th Five-Year Plan period.
