Li Jun
Born in October 1968 in Wujin, Jiangsu Province, member of the Communist Party of China, doctor of education, currently serving as the executive director of the Faculty of Education of Shenzhen University, the director, professor and doctoral supervisor of the Institute of Higher Education, the vice chairman of the Higher Education Committee of Guangdong Institute of Higher Education, and the vice chairman of the Education Management Committee of Guangdong Society of Education.

Research Achievements
He has presided over more than 20 scientific research projects such as the NSSF projects, the key projects of the National Education Science Plan under the Ministry of Education, and the humanities and social science projects under the Ministry of Education, and has published 5 monographs, including the History of China’s Higher Education Research, the History of China’s Higher Education, the History of China’s Higher Education Policy, The Conscience of Universities, and the Draft of Meta Higher Education, and more than 120 papers in Educational Research, Journal of Higher Education, Guangming Daily and other academic journals.
Awards
He has won the National Education Science Outstanding Achievement Award under the Ministry of Education (2011, 2016, 2021), the Second National Higher Education Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award (2006), the Fujian Provincial Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award (2005), the Guangdong Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award (1999, 2021), the first prize of the first Guangdong Provincial Excellent Achievement of Higher Education Research, the first prize of “Mao Yuan Award” of Xiamen University (2004), the National Excellent Instructor for Masters of Education (2019) and other important awards. In addition, he has won the first prize of Shenzhen Education and Teaching Outstanding Achievement Award for three times, and Shenzhen Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award for seven times, and was selected into the Talents Program of Guangdong Province twice, and awarded the Li Yuan Outstanding Scholar of Shenzhen University for two consecutive years.
