On November 6, a delegation led by Han Xiying, Dean of the Normal College of Shihezi University, visited the Faculty of Education at Shenzhen University. Li Jun, Executive Director of the Faculty of Education, together with faculty representatives, held discussions and exchanges with the delegation in Meeting Room A412, Huide Building. The symposium was chaired by Li Jun.
At the meeting, Li Jun extended a warm welcome to the delegation on behalf of the Faculty and introduced its basic situation. Han Xiying introduced the basic situation and current state of disciplinary development of the Normal College of Shihezi University, stating that the purpose of this visit was to learn from the experience of Shenzhen University’s Faculty of Education in construction and management.
Subsequently, both sides focused on disciplinary development—especially the difficulties in the development of educational disciplines—as well as talent recruitment and continuing education for teachers, conducting in-depth exchanges and discussions.
During the visit, the delegation from the Normal College of Shihezi University also toured the Shenzhen University History Museum, gaining a deeper understanding of the university’s history, achievements, and ongoing development.
