On June 16, 2025, a delegation led by Jiang Lumin, Party Secretary of Hangzhou Normal University’s Jing Hengyi College of Education, visited our university for an exchange. Li Chen, Party Secretary of the Faculty of Education, and Wu Changxian, Deputy Party Secretary, led faculty representatives in a symposium with the delegation in Room A412 of Huide Building. The ceremony was hosted by Wu Changxian.
At the symposium, Li Chen extended a warm welcome to the delegation on behalf of the faculty, introducing its development history, disciplinary achievements, and the effectiveness of the “One Integration, Two Highs” Party-building initiative. Jiang Lumin introduced the development history and recent progress in degree programs at Jing Hengyi College of Education, emphasizing that the visit aimed to learn from Shenzhen University’s advanced experiences and explore talent cultivation models suitable for their college.
Subsequently, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on talent team building, disciplinary development, academic Party-building, and branch construction. They also explored how to enhance ongoing collaboration and jointly promote the high-quality development of higher education.
The delegation also visited the university history museum, gaining a comprehensive understanding of Shenzhen University’s educational journey, distinctive features, and outstanding achievements, highly praising its accomplishments in disciplinary development, talent cultivation, and research innovation.
