On September 10, 2025, to promote the noble tradition of respecting teachers and valuing education, and to enhance teachers’ sense of professional honor and happiness, the Faculty of Education successfully held its 2025 Teacher’s Day celebration in the International Conference Hall. Faculty Dean Jin Yule, Executive Dean Li Jun, Deputy Party Secretary Wu Changxian, and Deputy Dean Zhao Mingren attended the event. The event was hosted by Wu Changxian.

Jin Yule, on behalf of the faculty leadership, extended festive greetings and profound respect to all faculty teachers. He stated that over the past year, faculty teachers have worked diligently, strived for excellence, and made outstanding contributions in talent cultivation, disciplinary development, scientific research, and social services. He highlighted that at the university’s 2025 Teacher’s Day Awards Ceremony, faculty teachers received multiple accolades, including Professors Li Jun, Zhao Mingren, and Duan Congyu, who were recognized for their sustained efforts in humanities and social sciences research with the Shenzhen University Outstanding Research Contribution Award; Professor Cao Xiaoming, who successfully applied for a national first-class undergraduate course, received the Shenzhen University Outstanding Teaching Contribution Award; and Teacher Li Bing, who was honored with the Outstanding Teacher Nomination Award, among others. The faculty’s achievements today reflect the collective wisdom and hard work of all its teachers, and he expressed hope that everyone would take this as a new starting point, continue to strive, and achieve further brilliance in teaching and research.

Next, faculty leaders presented “30th Anniversary of Service” certificates and flowers to Teachers Liu Jie, Chen Liwen, and Luo Ping. In brief yet heartfelt speeches, the three teachers expressed gratitude to the university and faculty, pledging to continue upholding their sacred and honorable roles with dedication and contribution.

The final segment, “Encounter Beauty with Fragrance, Find Joy in Soap-Making,” featured a handmade soap workshop and tea gathering, the most anticipated part of the event. Everyone sat together, enjoying food, crafting soap with joy, and engaging in free conversation—sharing insights, anecdotes, or life reflections.
